As part of our reassessment for Customer Service Excellence, our assessor would like to meet a focus group of our users. So, if you are free on 31st October between 11.45am – 12.30pm and would like to take part in a focus group, please contact the Customer Services Manager via email (M.S.Cunningham@lboro.ac.uk) to volunteer.
Not that you need any encouragement, but there will be £20 Amazon vouchers for the first eight volunteers chosen to participate.
