PHIR Political Film Series


Every Tuesday evening (except Monday 2nd March) in Semester Two starting this week the Department of Politics, History and International Relations (PHIR) are showing a series of movies in the broad category of ‘political films’. All will be introduced by a lecturer or PhD researcher from the department and will be followed afterwards by a discussion of the movie shown and the themes it explores.

The series kicks off tomorrow night with a showing of L’Auberge D’Espagnole, a lively multi-linguistic French-Spanish offering that follows Parisian student Xavier on his Erasmus year in Barcelona.
