Ingredients:
- 50g porridge oats
- 300ml semi skimmed milk
- 20g sultanas
- 1 teaspoon honey
Optional:
Add additional fruit
Directions:
- Add porridge oats and milk into a bowl and stir
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes
- Add sultanas and mix in
- Add a drizzle of honey
Tip:
- Add nuts or seeds for texture and to get more protein
- Add frozen fruits
