W7 2013 Core Beta Release – now available!

We are happy to announce the BETA Release of the Windows 7 Service Core image.

The task sequence is called “Windows 7 Service – Beta Build 1 (RTM7)”.  Please could we ask you to test this and let us know via it.services@lboro.ac.uk if you find any problems.

The new core image and task sequence includes the following updates:

  •  IE9
  • Symantec AV
  • Office SP1
  • .Net 4.5
  • App-V 4.6 SP2
  • Microsoft security updates to March 2013

The capture and deployment process remains the same.
