Task Sequence Issues Further Update

Unfortunately we have not been able to fix the issue with certain packages not distributing in SCCM. However, we have managed to work around the issue.
You should now be able to use the following task sequences again.

  • PC Labs Base
  • PC Labs Plus 2016
  • PC Labs Plus 2016 (London)
  • PC Staff Base

However, if you are imaging an HP Elitebook 8560p please wait until a complete solution is found.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Task Sequence Issues Update

We are continuing to look into the current problems with Task Sequences. The issues are related to certain packages in the PC Task Sequences not distributing, which is why they appear to be unavailable to client PCs.

To clarify, the following live Task Sequences are affected:

PC Labs Base

PC Labs Plus 2016

PC Labs Plus 2016 (London)

PC Staff Base

We will let you know once the issue is resolved.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Deployment of Adobe Acrobat DC to Windows 7 Staff Service – Futher Update

The issue regard blank pages in scanned documents appears to be related to the printer firmware which does the scanning and conversion to PDF rather that Adobe Acrobat software.

In the light of this we have decided to restart the rollout.
