Empowerment Series

An online Empowerment series – Being the Best Version of Yourself. The three-part empowerment course will explore the impact of our thoughts, how to break patterns of behaviour, establish goals, and how to value yourself. Led by an external trainer, Marcia Ody , MBE. Upon attendance of the three sessions you will have the option to complete a fire walk, putting into practice the new skills, mindset and growth you will have gained along the way.

IAS Annual Theme Launch Event – AI: Facts, Fictions, Futures

We are delighted to announce that the IAS annual Theme of 2021-22 will be launched in November with an in-person screening of Shalini Kantayya’s multi-award-winning documentary Coded Bias, followed by a panel discussion Chaired by Professor Jin Xuan (AACME), Co-Lead of the IAS Theme, that will include IAS Visiting Fellows, invited scholars and Loughborough’s new Vice-Chancellor, Professor Nick Jennings.
