Today saw the annual “Great Geography Charity Bake Off” with a special guest judge – Howard Middleton<\/a>.\u00a0You may remember Howard from series 4 of the Great British Bake Off<\/a>!<\/p>\n

The cakes on offer looked absolutely fantastic, hats off to everyone who\u00a0submitted an entry!<\/p>\n

Congratulations especially to Hannah Young, Richard Hodgkins and Lara Davison for winning their categories, scooping up an apron and signed Howard Middleton\u00a0cookbook<\/a>.<\/p>\n

After judging, the cakes were put on sale, and managed to raise a brilliant \u00a3230. All the money raised is going towards the\u00a0Geography department RAG total and\u00a0Pump Aid<\/a>, who among other things, are\u00a0improving access to safe, sustainable water for rural households in Malawi.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
