Struggle with hunger cravings? Exercise can help!<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lboro.ac.uk\/news-events\/news\/2016\/march\/study-shows-exercise-does-curb-your-hunger.html\">Our research has proven<\/a> that exercise is more effective at decreasing your daily calorie count, than just restricting your food intake. This contradicts previous studies which have shown we usually want to eat more after exercising.
