Alex and Michelle from North Highland Worldwide Consulting ran an interactive workshop with our students, sharing their way of doing customer experience research.

Both from the UK branch, Alex is the Head of  Customer Experience (CX) Practice and Michelle is an Analyst. She is also a Loughborough University graduate, who did a placement year at the company during her studies. In the workshop students were introduced to some of the tools that Alex and Michelle have used in the past, and had an opportunity to ask questions regarding customer experience research.

Design student, Mia Vucic said:

“I really liked the workshop because they explained to us what they do on the daily basis, what problems they have and how they tackle them. It wasn’t just about the theory of the craft, but also the execution. The bonus for me was getting to see how young professional present themselves, their company and try to involve the audience.”
