She approaches leadership with empathy and a people-first mindset, centering her work on fostering belonging and creating spaces where others can thrive. She sees this position as an opportunity to bridge ideas, people, and possibilities. Her vision is to help IDIA students connect deeply with one another beyond the classroom. In her words:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis role is more than representation; it\u2019s about creating a space where every student feels empowered to thrive both academically and personally.
