Within any individual event, you can insert EITHER a sound file OR a video file provided the following requirements are met:
Audio
- File must be .mp3 type
Video
- File must be .mov, .flv or .mp4 type
If you insert a video file, any image you have already associated with the event will not be displayed as the video display area is the same as the image display area.
Note that with audio and video files (as with images), instead of embedding the source file in the packaged timeline, you can simply insert the web address of the media file if it’s already online. However, please ensure that you are not infringing copyright by doing this.
