This will encompass the design, promotion, delivery and the evaluation of training and development programmes, with specific responsibility for leading the enhancement of the online provision for researchers. The post-holder will be expected to foster and embed a research informed, evidence-based approach to researcher development. This is a joint appointment between the Teaching Centre (soon to be renamed the Centre for Academic Practice) and the Graduate School. The post holder will be based in the Teaching Centre and will also be expected to liaise closely with the Research Office, the Research Student Office and in particular with the Researcher Development Manager whose role is to provide strategic direction for researcher development activities at Loughborough.
