If so, the 2013 HEA Social Sciences Annual Conference<\/a> (23 May 2013 – 24 May 2013) may be of interest.<\/p>\n The conference will be themed around the following areas:<\/p>\n \u2022 Embedding research methods into the curriculum The last theme will be relevant to colleagues with responsibility for placement learning.<\/p>\n The conference call\u00a0highlights how, while placement project work can involve using research-related skills, links to research methods teaching are sometimes left implicit.
