Entitled <a title=\"In at the deep end\" href=\"http:\/\/phil-race.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/downloads\/2013\/05\/In-at-the-Deep-End.pdf\">In at the deep end &#8211; starting to teach in higher education<\/a>, he presents a number of easily adaptable ideas and useful suggestions regarding preparatory work, large group teaching, how to handle problems in lectures, small group teaching, etc., as well as how to\u00a0conduct assessment, marking and feedback to students.
