In addition to a <a title=\"Which? report\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hepi.ac.uk\/files\/1.Higher_Educational_Report.pdf\"><em>Which?<\/em> report <\/a>that goes into some depth regarding a range of issues (including contact time, types of contact, feedback, attendance, private study, etc.), there is also a <a title=\"HEPI summary\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hepi.ac.uk\/files\/Higher_Educational_Summary.pdf\">HEPI summary <\/a>available\u00a0that concentrates on &#8216;Contact with academic staff&#8217;, &#8216;Total Study Time&#8217;, and &#8216;Satisfaction&#8217;.
