The date is now confirmed as Wednesday 1st February 2012 11.00am &#8211; 2.30pm, this time in a new venue &#8211; the Keith Green Building, home of the <a title=\"Centre for Engineering and Design Education\" href=\"http:\/\/cede.lboro.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Centre for Engineering and Design Education<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The theme this time will be <em>&#8216;E-learning Essentials&#8217;<\/em> with a particular focus on the planned migration next summer of Learn to the new version of Moodle.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a range of stands and posters, but &#8211; recognising that it is difficult for colleagues to find the time to sit through a series of live presentations &#8211; we&#8217;ll be pre-recording a set of case study presentations using ReVIEW and launching these on the day.<\/p>\n<p>While we hope to see many familiar faces attending and manning the stands, we&#8217;re <em>particularly<\/em> keen to meet colleagues who haven&#8217;t attended any of our events or staff development sessions previously.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yes, it&#8217;s that time of year again &#8211; Christmas is on the way, and so is our annual E-learning Showcase.
