This past month everything has started to fall into place. I’m finally unpacked and properly moved in up North and have settled in to my new job.
We’re only a week into September but for me, review month is over for my research project! The week leading up to the submission deadline was very long and sleepless.
Over the past couple of months, I have been up and down to Newcastle interviewing for jobs so that I can return to full-time employment.
Exam time always brings a very different feel to a University campus and it’s no different at Loughborough.
The Easter holiday was wonderful this year and was a much welcomed break (actually, it wasn’t a break at all, I just spent less time on campus but it was a nice change of scenery!)
March has been extremely busy since I returned from Vancouver.
So February took an extremely unexpected turn, which I still can’t quite believe myself.
I’m going to take the opportunity of this month’s blog to speak about my brief encounter with the University’s student support services, the Disability Office in particular.
