As businesses go, they don’t come much bigger than Unilever. We make some of the world’s most loved brands: Dove, Flora, Hellmann’s, Vaseline, Tresemmé, Lynx, PG Tips and Ben & Jerry’s, to name a few. Our Spring Programme is a great way to get a quick taste of life with us. Over three days in April you’ll take part in a business challenge where you’ll learn about the different areas of our business, meet senior leaders, attend social events and develop your skills.
Which business areas should you be interested in?
• Supply Chain Management
• Customer Management (Sales)
• Financial Management
• Marketing
What will I be doing?
You’ll develop skills like working with others, analytical thinking and understanding how a business works. You’ll attend social events during the programme where you’ll enjoy networking opportunities with our graduates and senior leaders. And you’ll learn loads about how Unilever works. The final day will include our half day assessment centre for our Summer and Industrial Placement roles.
What do we look for?
An open mind, enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and an appetite for working with people. The programme is open to 1st year undergraduate students or 2nd year students who are studying a four-year degree from any discipline, who have a minimum of 300 UCAS points.
What’s in it for me?
Apart from the people you’ll meet and the things you’ll learn, you’ll have the opportunity to be fast-tracked for our Summer and Industrial Placement opportunities for the following year, so you have the chance to finish your academic year with a placement role already secured. Whilst you will not be paid for your time on the programme, we will cover your travel expenses and provide you with accommodation.
