Retail Management Graduate Scheme
Grad @ BHS is a 12 month programme designed to help you learn and develop within our business in order to become a successful Commercial Manager at BHS (no 2 in a large store).
There are 6 key stages of the Bhs Retail Graduate Programme where you undertake placements in a number of different roles in store; Sales Floor Manager, Food Manager, Operations Manager and Commercial Manager. You will also spend 2 weeks in Head Office where you get to work with the ‘movers’ and ‘shakers’ in the business, which gives you an insight of what goes on behind the scenes to make our stores great!
In addition to all the placements, you will take part in numerous workshops together as a team, voice your opinions to the most influential people in BHS, and take on stretch assignments. Each of these opportunities are invaluable; allowing you to nurture your own management style that you will take forward and build upon in your future with BHS.
We are looking for individuals who;
- have or who are predicted to have a 2:2 in their degree subject
- experience of working in retail
- have a genuine interest to get into Retail Management.
- have experience of working in teams, have the potential to become a great leader, have great communication skills, and have a natural commercial flair.
