We are looking for exceptional graduates who have a passion for wanting to make difference in social care to join our Graduate Management Training Scheme.
The National Skills Academy for Social Care’s Graduate Management Training Scheme recruits graduates of the highest calibre to join the sector. Those accepted into the scheme are given a trainee position with a care provider – and the opportunity to hit the ground running in a social care career.
The Scheme provides exceptional graduates with a year of management and leadership experience through a paid placement in a social care organisation.
Trainees receive:
- Full-time one-year work placement with a social care employer
- 12-month bursary
- Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 4 qualification
- Social care development days
- Action learning sets
- Work experience in a range of social care settings
This programme is supported by the Department of Health and is now in its fifth year.
