  • Developing a good understanding of clients and building strong relationships with them
  • Involving the new business opportunity spotting and pitching process
  • Talent sourcing through a number of channels including RWS (candidate database),  referral, headhunting, networking, social media and advertising
  • Screening and Interviewing with candidate for verifying the suitability for client’s vacancy
  • Managing and coaching candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Gathering feedback and proactively to follow up with both of client and candidate from interviewing towards the on-boarding stage
  • Building strong relationships with the candidate pool within your specialism
  • Negotiating remuneration package and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates
  • Providing the consistent follow up with both of client and placed candidate throughout the probationary period for ensuring the placed candidate settling well with the new role

New scholarship and bursary for PhD students

In the hope of attracting more high-quality, self-funded PGR students to Loughborough, we are pleased to announce two new schemes for students registering from October 2017..

•           We are offering a 20% Alumni Bursary on tuition fees to Loughborough alumni and students who are due to complete a Loughborough degree, who start PhD study with us on or after October 2017.

•           We are also offering a limited number of Vice Chancellor’s Research Scholarships: a 20% tuition fee scholarship for PhD study to students who have achieved a first-class undergraduate degree, or international equivalent.
