One of our former students, Amanda, has written an article titled Women in Tech.

In the article, Amanda writes about attending an all girls school and not being exposed to the imbalanced gender ratio in STEM that she then experienced after leaving school.

Amanda then goes on to discuss the bias that exists within STEM and society, and the need for unconscious bias to be undone, as well as the need for systemic changes and how these can be made.
