Applications are now open for the highly-rated NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme. Choose from four specialist routes, depending on your career interests: finance, health informatics, human resources and general management. Whichever route you choose, you’ll benefit from excellent career prospects, and thorough preparation for a successful career in the NHS – one of the largest employers in Europe.
Throughout the scheme you’ll undertake practical placements that develop your skills and experience, alongside study for professional qualifications in your chosen field. At the end of the scheme (which lasts for two and a half years if you’re on the finance route or two years for all other routes) you’ll have built a network of valuable contacts and a full CV that demonstrates your employability.
