At Loughborough Sport we are passionate about ensuring that every student can find a sporting opportunity which suits them. So whether you want to play, coach or volunteer, we have the programme for you!
9 ways to get involved in sport
- We have 55 AU clubs and lots of sporting societies on campus which you can get involved with.
- The Coach and Volunteer Academy offer several Coaching qualifications!
- My Activities host around 30 FREE recreational sports activities each week- from wheelchair basketball to boxing!
- My Lifestyle also hosts lots of fun fitness classes to try from Bounce Dance fit, Soccercise and Roller Hockey.
- We have 16 halls which have IMS teams where you can compete against other halls!
- The Coach and Volunteer Academy have over 300 different opportunities to get involved with!
- You can book out our world class facilities such as our tennis and badminton courts if you want a knock about with friends.
- There are 20 academic schools and departments here, all of which offer departmental sport if you want to meet new course mates.
- We have 2 gyms on campus so if you like to keep in shape, make sure you get a membership which includes some amazing deals.
