Loughborough University Think Big! Business Ideas Competition 2013

Rate My Placement has helped thousands of UK students boost their employability, Onesixeight: fitness is making people healthier and happier. What will you do?  Since its launch in 2002, our Business Plan Competition has received over 550 applications and has presented more than 60 cash prizes to student and graduate businesses. It’s a great way to kick-start your business, receive additional business advice and support, gain experience of pitching to potential investors and gain publicity and recognition.

Keen to encourage enterprise at Loughborough University but struggling for fresh ideas?

Supported by Red Bull, Rise To: The Enterprise Challenge gives young people the chance to gain valuable skills and experience for the workplace whilst engaging in positive activities within their community.

The winning teams receive cash prizes. All successful participants are also invited into the exclusive Rise To Club which aims to develop their employability and match them with exciting entrepreneurial employers.

The Challenge runs for 6 weeks from the end of January. During that time, teams run a campaign to promote someone or something that they believe deserves thanks. They aim to get as many thanks messages as possible left on their campaign page.
