Legg Mason Essay Prize 2012 – Should the investment management industry be doing more to kick-start UK business?

The Essay prize is open to Business, Economics and Finance students either in their penultimate year of their first degree and have a predicted grade of 2:1 or above; or final year students who have a place on a Masters course for 2014.

The top 6 essays chosen by a panel of judges will win either a cash prize or an amazon voucher and the chance to attend an assessment centre at our office in London to win an Internship of 8 – 10 weeks for summer 2013.

Cyber Security Challenge UK is a national competition backed by GCHQ and industry sponsors including HP, PwC and BT, aiming to bring more talented people into the Cyber Security profession.

The Challenge runs a series of exciting national competitions aimed at raising awareness of cyber security careers and providing hands-on experience of these jobs. Competitions are free to enter and vary from online to face-to-face challenges, which put a range of technical and practical skills to the test.
