Colin graduated, in 2012, with an MEng in Mechanical Engineering. He is now a Flow Assurance Engineer with Xodus.
JAPANESE GOVERNMENT (MEXT) SCHOLARSHIPS 2014-2016
NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF JAPANESE LANGUAGE NECESSARY
ELIGIBILITY: All applicants must have British nationality*, be under the age of 35 as of 1 April 2014, and be graduates or due to graduate by September 2014*.
(*For current undergraduate who is expected to graduate summer 2014 can only apply for October 2014 (18 months term) or, eligible to apply for 2015-2017 intake)
BENEFITS: • university matriculation and tuition fees paid • monthly allowance of approx. ¥143,000 (sufficient to cover most normal expenses for a single person) • possibility of a 6-month Japanese language course • return airfare to Japan • health cover • visa allowing part-time work
