In a series of wall-to-wall workshops, lectures, and seminars you will be given top-tips on tailoring your skills, expanding your options, and attaining your goals. You will learn the arts of self-assertion and ‘Mindfulness’, and be shown the nuts and bolts of starting your own business and managing your own time.
