LectureTools workshop 4th Dec
Wednesday 4th December 1.15pm – 2.30pm
Design Studio, Keith Green Building
LectureTools is a web-based alternative to dedicated electronic voting systems (aka clickers) such as Turning Point which we use here at Loughborough.
There are now several academics on campus actively using LectureTools, including Andy Bayley (School of Business and Economics) and Prof Chris Szejnmann (Politics, History and International Relations).
See yesterday’s post for more information about the system.
This session for Lboro staff only, led by Andy Bayley and Charles Shields (Teaching Centre), will provide a practical demonstration followed by a discussion of the benefits and issues that have arisen so far. The session is likely to be of particular interest to colleagues who have already been using Turning Point.
To book onto the workshop, or for more information about LectureTools, please e-mail me (c.f.g.shields [at] lboro.ac.uk).
There may even be a mince pie or two!
